205.7695 Sharing of state tax information for child support collection. The Cabinet for Health and Family Services and the Department of Revenue shall work together
to develop a system of information sharing for the effective and efficient collection of child
support payments. Any requirement included in KRS Chapter 131, 205, 403, or 405 or any other
law for either the cabinet or the department for the confidentiality of individual personal and
financial records shall not be violated in the process of this coordination. Effective: June 20, 2005
History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 85, sec. 622, effective June 20, 2005; and ch. 99, sec. 268, effective June 20, 2005. -- Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 430, sec. 3, effective July 14, 2000. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/20/2005). This section was amended by 2005 Ky. Acts chs. 85 and 99, which do not appear to be in conflict and have been codified together.
