206.110 Claim for pension not to arise until granted. No claim shall arise against the state before a pension has been allowed the applicant. If a
pension is granted on the application of a person who dies after the application is filed
and before the pension is granted, no claim shall thereby be created against the state. Effective: October 1, 1942
