206.130 Cabinet may make investigation. When in the opinion of the cabinet any pension that has been granted, or any claim for
pension, should be specially investigated, the cabinet shall make such investigation as it
deems necessary, and file a written report of the result thereof with the application. The
cabinet may summon and swear witnesses to appear before it and give testimony in the
county where the applicant or pensioner lives. Effective: October 1, 1942
