Page 1 of 1 209A.060 Privileged relationships not ground for excluding evidence. Neither the psychiatrist-patient privilege nor the husband-wife privilege shall be a ground
for excluding evidence regarding the abuse, neglect, or exploitation of an adult or the
cause thereof in any judicial proceeding resulting from a report pursuant to this chapter. Effective: June 20, 2005
