210.010 Rules and regulations. The secretary for health and family services shall have authority to prescribe rules and
regulations for the administration of the cabinet and of the institutions under the control
of the cabinet, including power to regulate the payment of money to patients in mental
institutions for work performed. Effective: June 20, 2005
