210.080 Secretary may transfer employees. The secretary for health and family services may transfer any employee between the
institutions operated by the cabinet, or to the headquarters of the cabinet. Necessary
moving expenses involved in such transfers shall be paid by the cabinet. Effective: June 20, 2005
