210.300 Designation of hospital districts. The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall prescribe from time to
time, by regulations, for the designation of hospital districts, for the purpose of
determining to which of the state institutions for the mentally ill the persons admitted
from each county shall initially be sent. Effective: June 20, 2005
