211.993 Penalties. Anyone who fails to comply with any provisions of KRS 211.870, 211.890, or with any
rules or regulations adopted pursuant to KRS 211.870 or 211.890 or fails to comply with
any order of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services issued pursuant thereto shall be
fined not less than ten dollars ($10) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100). Each day
of such violation or noncompliance shall constitute a separate offense. Effective: June 20, 2005
