212.374 Recovery of charges from person liable to person receiving services -- Subrogation.

212.374 Recovery of charges from person liable to person receiving services -- Subrogation. Such boards may likewise recover such fees and charges from any person, firm or
corporation legally liable to the person receiving said services for such charges and shall
be subrogated to the rights of the person receiving such services to the extent of such
charges. Effective: March 24, 1952
