212.376 Financial condition not to affect admission to hospital or emergency treatment. No person brought to any such hospital for emergency treatment shall be denied
admission on account of his financial condition nor shall the administration of emergency
treatment to such person be delayed on account thereof. Effective: March 24, 1952
