213.156 Application of the provisions of this chapter. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all certificates of birth, death, marriage,
divorce, fetal death and induced termination of pregnancy previously received by the
Vital Statistics Branch and in the custody of the state registrar or any local registrar. Effective: June 20, 2005
