Page 1 of 1 216B.055 Notice of decisions and orders of cabinet. Notice of decisions and orders made by the cabinet under the provisions of this chapter
shall be made by certified mail addressed to the last known address on file with the
cabinet, or by personal service. The notice shall be mailed or personal service shall be
obtained no later than fifteen (15) working days after the decision or order. Notice shall
be complete and effective upon mailing. Effective: July 15, 1996
