216B.459 Medicaid reimbursement. The rate of reimbursement for Medicaid eligibles residing in nine (9) bed psychiatric
residential treatment facilities shall not exceed the rate of reimbursement for Medicaid
eligibles residing in eighteen (18) bed psychiatric residential treatment facilities. Effective: July 13, 2004
