CHAPTER 4.  CONFESSION OF JUDGMENT

PART I.  IN GENERAL

§3590.  Limitations on confession of judgment

Except for the purposes of executory process, confessions of judgment, prior to the maturity of the obligation sued on, are hereby prohibited.
