Subchapter 3: INSPECTION AND QUALITY CONTROL
The Commissioner of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources and the Commissioner of Marine Resources shall cooperate in developing and implementing any fishery product or shellfish inspection programs. Those programs must meet the standards established by the Commissioner of Agriculture, Food and Rural Resources under the Maine Food Law. [2005, c. 434, §2 (AMD).]
