Chapter 341: THE MAINE CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACADEMY
§2803-C. Penalty
An agency that fails to comply with a provision of this chapter commits a civil violation for which the State or local government entity whose officer or employee committed the violation may be adjudged a fine not to exceed $500. [2005, c. 331, §18 (NEW).]
