§752. Knowledge

A person has "knowledge" of a fact within the meaning of this Act not only when the person has actual knowledge of that fact, but also when the person has knowledge of such other facts as in the circumstances shows bad faith. [1993, c. 718, Pt. A, §1 (NEW).]
