§1661. Registered agent for domestic limited liability company

A domestic limited liability company must have and continuously maintain a registered agent in this State as defined by Title 5, section 102, subsection 27. [2009, c. 629, Pt. A, §2 (NEW); 2009, c. 629, Pt. A, §3 (AFF).]
