§14233. Licensed students

Schools licensed by the director shall license students in accordance with rules adopted by the director and upon payment of the fee as set under section 14238. [2009, c. 369, Pt. B, §31 (AMD).]

To be eligible for licensure, the student must be at least 16 years of age and have satisfactorily completed the 10th grade or its equivalent. Evidence of the student's eligibility and enrollment in the school must be provided on a form provided by the director. [2009, c. 369, Pt. B, §31 (AMD).]

All training or services rendered to a member of the public by a student must be under the direct supervision of a duly licensed instructor in a licensed school or as otherwise proved by rule. [2007, c. 402, Pt. HH, §20 (AMD).]
