§20073-B. Programs and components; rules
The office shall design programs and components that are age-appropriate and therapeutically appropriate. The office shall adopt rules regarding requirements for these programs and components and any other rules necessary to implement this subchapter. Rules adopted pursuant to this section are routine technical rules as defined in chapter 375, subchapter II-A. [1999, c. 448, §6 (NEW).]
