§143. Register of investments and Treasurer of State's report
The Treasurer of State shall keep a register of all investments made under section 142, showing the date, amount and number of each bond, by whom issued and the time when it will mature, and in his annual report to the Governor, he shall include an exhibit of the condition of said sinking funds.
