§265. Compensation
Members of the commission are entitled to be compensated as provided in Title 5, chapter 379. [1997, c. 527, §3 (AMD); 1997, c. 528, §8 (AMD).]
Compensation of the members of the commission and all other necessary expenses of the commission must be paid out of the operating account established under section 267-A. [2007, c. 539, Pt. G, §15 (AFF); 2007, c. 539, Pt. G, §2 (AMD).]
