§ 5-804. Cooperation with other agencies; special nuisance bird fund.
 

(a)  Cooperation with other agencies.- The Secretary shall cooperate with federal agencies, other State agencies, other states, and other persons in carrying out the duties imposed upon him by this subtitle. 

(b)  Special nuisance bird fund.- Any money received from any cooperator or person shall be deposited in a special nuisance bird fund and be used to defray partially the expense of administering this subtitle.
