§ 9-303. Disposition of fees and moneys collected.
 

All fees and moneys collected by the Secretary under this subtitle shall be used to defray partially the expenses incurred administering this subtitle. Any unexpended funds shall revert to the general funds of the State at the end of the fiscal year.
