Section 15-304 - Qualifications of applicants.

§ 15-304. Qualifications of applicants.
 

(a)  In general.- To qualify for a license, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section. 

(b)  Character and reputation.- The applicant shall be of good character and reputation. 

(c)  Education and experience - Land surveyor.- An applicant for a license to practice land surveying shall meet the educational and experience requirements under § 15-305 of this subtitle. 

(d)  Examinations.- Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, an applicant shall pass each examination required under this subtitle.
