§ 3-208. Miscellaneous powers and duties.
 

(a)  Powers.- In addition to any powers set forth elsewhere, the Board may adopt: 

(1) any regulation to carry out this title; and 

(2) a seal. 

(b)  Duty.- In addition to any duties set forth elsewhere, the Board shall keep a record of its proceedings.
