§ 5-204. Quorum; formal actions; meetings; compensation; staff; Executive Director; office.
 

(a)  Quorum.- A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum. 

(b)  Formal actions.- No formal action may be taken by the Board without the approval of a majority of the members of the Board eligible to vote. 

(c)  Meetings.- The Board shall meet at least once a month, at the times and places that the Board determines. 

(d)  Compensation and reimbursement for expenses.- Subject to the State budget, each member of the Board is entitled to: 

(1) a reasonable fee set by the Board for each day on which the member is engaged in the duties of office; and 

(2) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations. 

(e)  Staff.- The Board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget. 

(f)  Office.- The Board shall have its principal office in Baltimore City.
