§ 6.5-207. Fees.
 

(a)  In general.- Subject to subsections (b) and (c) of this section, the Board may set reasonable fees for its services. 

(b)  Revenues generated.- Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, revenues generated by the Board shall be at least equal to the direct and indirect costs associated with the operation of the Board. 

(c)  Amounts.- The Board shall require the following fees for the issuance or renewal of the following licenses: 

(1) Grade 1 license - $65; 

(2) Grade 2 or Grade 3 license - $50; and 

(3) Grade 4 or Grade 5 license - $35. 

(d)  General Fund.- The Board shall pay all money collected under this title into the General Fund of the State.
