§ 6.5-403. Prohibited activities - Allowing others to provide services without license.
 

(a)  In general.- A person may not allow an individual to provide services as a stationary engineer if the individual does not hold an appropriate license issued by the Board. 

(b)  Outside scope of license.- A person may not allow an individual to provide services as a stationary engineer outside the scope of that individual's license grade.
