Section 8-302 - Qualifications [Amendment subject to abrogation].

§ 8-302. Qualifications [Amendment subject to abrogation].
 

(a)  In general.- To qualify for a certificate, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section. 

(b)  Character and reputation.- The applicant shall be of good character and reputation. 

(c)  Age.- The applicant shall be at least 18 years old. 

(d)  Application; fee; education and experience requirements; examination.- The applicant shall: 

(1) file an application and pay a nonrefundable application fee in accordance with § 8-303 of this subtitle; 

(2) have satisfied education and experience requirements necessary to qualify for the National Council of Interior Design Qualification Examination, or its equivalent, as determined by the Board; and 

(3) have passed the National Council of Interior Design Qualification Examination, or its equivalent.
