§ 9-404. Qualifications of applicants.
 

(a)  In general.- To qualify for a permit, a corporation or partnership shall meet the requirements of this section. 

(b)  Responsible member.-  

(1) A corporation or partnership shall have appointed at least 1 responsible member of the corporation or partnership. 

(2) A responsible member shall be in responsible charge of landscape architecture practiced through the corporation or partnership. 

(3) The responsible member shall be: 

(i) an officer of a corporation or a partner of a partnership; and 

(ii) a licensed landscape architect.
