§ 11-820. Granting of permit.
 

(a)  In general.- The Commission shall grant a permit to each applicant whose application the Commission approves after the applicant pays the permit fee that the Commission requires. 

(b)  Location to be stated.- A permit shall state the specific location where the permit applies. 

(c)  Change of location allowed.- If the Commission approves, an applicant for a permit may change the location for which a satellite simulcast facility is being applied.
