§ 17-402. Copies of licenses to Comptroller.
 

A political subdivision that issues a license for an amusement device shall send to the Comptroller within 10 days after issuing the license: 

(1) a copy of the license; 

(2) the name and address of the owner of the amusement device; 

(3) the location of the amusement device; 

(4) the name of the owner of the place where the amusement device is located; and 

(5) a description of the amusement device.
