§ 17-405. Definitions.
 

(a)  In general.- In Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Console machine license.- "Console machine license" means a license issued by the clerk to keep a free-play console machine for public use. 

(c)  Pinball machine license.- "Pinball machine license" means a license issued by the clerk to keep a free-play pinball machine for public use.
