§ 17-416. Keeping pinball machines in Montgomery County.
 

(a)  Scope of section.- This section does not apply to free-play pinball machines that are in locked storage and not available for public use. 

(b)  Number of machines per floor.- In Montgomery County, not more than 2 free-play pinball machines may be kept on the same floor of a building.
