§ 17-422. Licensing certain machines prohibited; licensing pinball machines authorized.
 

(a)  Licensing prohibited.- Free-play console machines and free-play pinball machines may not be licensed or kept for public use in Wicomico County. 

(b)  Licensing certain pinball machines.- Pinball machines may be licensed under Part III of this subtitle and kept for public use in Wicomico County if they: 

(1) are amusement devices only; and 

(2) are not free-play console machines or free-play pinball machines.
