§ 17-424. License fees; disposition of money.
 

(a)  License fee.- An applicant for a Wicomico County pinball machine license shall pay to the clerk a license fee of $20 for each pinball machine. 

(b)  Prorated fees.- The license fee shall be prorated monthly. 

(c)  Disposition of money.- All money collected under Part III of this subtitle shall be paid into the general fund of Wicomico County.
