§ 4-204. Quorum; meetings; compensation; surety bond; staff; office.
 

(a)  Quorum; voting.-  

(1) A majority of the authorized membership of the Commission is a quorum. 

(2) The Commission may not act unless a majority of the authorized membership concurs. 

(b)  Meetings.- The Commission shall set the times and places of its meetings. 

(c)  Compensation and reimbursement for expenses.-  

(1) The chairman of the Commission is entitled to: 

(i) an annual salary of $6,000; and 

(ii) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. 

(2) Each other member of the Commission is entitled to: 

(i) an annual salary of $4,000; and 

(ii) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget. 

(d)  Surety bond.- While in office, each member of the Commission shall be covered by a surety bond in the form and amount required by law. 

(e)  Staff.- The Commission may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget. 

(f)  Office.- The Commission shall have its general offices in Baltimore City.
