§ 8-307. Scope of license.
 

(a)  Contractor license.- A contractor license authorizes the licensee to act as a contractor or subcontractor and to sell a home improvement. 

(b)  Subcontractor license.- A subcontractor license authorizes the licensee to act as a subcontractor. 

(c)  Salesperson license.- A salesperson license authorizes the licensee to sell a home improvement. 

(d)  Authorization limited.- A license issued under this subtitle does not authorize the licensee to engage in a business or provide a service that may be engaged in or provided only by a person licensed under other State or local law.
