§ 15-601. Definitions.
 

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Employee.- "Employee" includes an employee whether he is a resident or nonresident of the State. 

(c)  Wages.- "Wages" means all monetary remuneration paid to any employee for his employment.
