Section 17-102 - Abandoned property office.

§ 17-102. Abandoned property office.
 

(a)  Created; purpose.- The Administrator shall create a division of the office, to be known as the abandoned property office, for the purpose of administering the provisions of this title. 

(b)  Appropriation.- An appropriation shall be made annually for the maintenance of the office and to provide sufficient staff to adequately enforce the provisions of this title. 

(c)  Enforcement.- Other divisions of the office of the Administrator, as well as every State officer and employee generally, shall assist in the enforcement of this title in connection with the performance of their normal duties.
