Section 17-204 - Certification of agreement made under subtitle. - Maryland Statutes

§ 17-204. Certification of agreement made under subtitle.
 

(a)  Duty of Governor.- The Governor shall certify to the federal government the provisions of an agreement made under this subtitle. 

(b)  Time of certification.- The certification shall be made on the thirtieth of June next following the effective date of the agreement as provided by federal law.
