§ 17-205. Report of abandoned property.
 

(a)  Copy of report forwarded to circuit court clerk.- When the federal government reports abandoned property to the Administrator under the agreement, the Administrator shall forward a copy of the report to the clerk of the circuit court for each county in the State. 

(b)  Posting at courthouse.- Each clerk of the circuit court shall post the report of abandoned property in federal custody at the courthouse for the county for 60 days.
