§ 5-316. Articles of incorporation.
 

(a)  Contents and acknowledgment.-  

(1) The corporators shall sign articles of incorporation for the religious corporation. These articles shall contain the information required by Part I of this subtitle. 

(2) At least three of the corporators shall acknowledge the articles. 

(b)  Filing for record; effect.- The corporators shall file the articles with the Department in the same manner and with the same effect as provided in Part I of this subtitle.
