Section 5-520 - Quorum. - Maryland Statutes

§ 5-520. Quorum.
 

(a)  General rule.- The bylaws of a cooperative shall state the number or percentage of the members necessary to constitute a quorum at a meeting. 

(b)  Voter by mail.- A member who votes by mail may not be counted in computing a quorum.
