§ 5-530. Cooperative and marketing agreements not in restraint of trade.
 

(a)  Cooperative not combination in restraint of trade.- A cooperative is not a combination in restraint of trade, an illegal monopoly, or an attempt to lessen competition or fix prices arbitrarily. 

(b)  Marketing agreements not in restraint of trade.- A marketing agreement authorized by this subtitle is not illegal or in restraint of trade.
