§ 5-616. Meetings of members.
 

(a)  Annual meeting.- An annual meeting of the members of a cooperative shall be held at the time and place provided in the bylaws. 

(b)  Special meetings.- A special meeting of the members of a cooperative may be called by: 

(1) The chairman; 

(2) A majority of the board of directors; or 

(3) Not less than 10% of the members.
