Section 104 - Supplemental principles of law. - Maryland Statutes

§ 9A-104. Supplemental principles of law.
 

(a)  In general.- Unless displaced by particular provisions of this title, the principles of law and equity supplement this title. 

(b)  Interest rates.- If an obligation to pay interest arises under this title and the rate is not specified, the rate is that specified in § 11-107(a) of the Courts Article.
