§ 10-902. Purpose of subtitle; disciplinary actions.
 

(a)  Purpose of subtitle.- The purpose of this subtitle is to establish exclusive procedures for the investigation and discipline of a correctional officer for alleged misconduct. 

(b)  Disciplinary actions.- The disciplinary actions authorized under this subtitle are those authorized under §§ 11-104 and 11-105 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article.
