§ 11-701. Definitions.
 

(a)  In general.- In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated. 

(b)  Court.- "Court" means the Maryland District Court or a circuit court of a county. 

(c)  Crime of violence.- "Crime of violence" has the meaning stated in § 14-101 of the Criminal Law Article.
